For over twenty years, Mrs.Bharti Nagalia or Big Ma’am as she is fondly called by hundreds of her students, has been spearheading the running of Sherwood Public School. Coming from a family of educationists, it was her dream to carry on the legacy forward. With her at the helm of affairs in Sherwood, assisted by her senior coordinators and facilitators, she has always adhered to the ethos and the core values of the school.
Nestled in the valley of Doon, Sherwood Public School came into being in the year 2000.
The story of Robin Hood and Sherwood Forest was then chosen as the defining theme of the school as we wanted the children to experience a green and a beautifully kept school as part of their growing up years.
